My Textures are being removed from DeviantArt if you wish to continue using my textures you will now have to register at a private web site. Please message my inbox on the IMVU client for site link and registration information. Those who are not registered and continue to use my textures without the credit being added to their products will be dealt with.

This is being done so I can better control what the crawler bots have access to. All that will remain here are my texture sheets that I will continue to post for new projects. Once all my raw images have been removed from google search I may bring them back. That fate has yet to be decided.

This is effective immediately. You may notice some textures have already disappeared and more will follow in the next few days.

With the recent discovery of my textures being used and the small credit for their creation I asked be placed in the IMVU product description not being done I have now taken measures to further protect my work.

Below you will see a "Terms of Use" box with regards to any images you find throughout my gallery. I will be slowly deleting each folder and replacing with new copies renamed and with copyright information embedded into the images.

The textures I design are for use strictly on the 3D chat program IMVU and NOT for use anywhere else.

Any other images require my written consent for use be it a post in the image comments section or a message sent through the DeviantArt messaging system.

Each Texture image will now have a copyright logo embedded into the preview you see in my gallery. To obtain my textures you must now properly download them. I have added them as zip files which contain the original texture itself and a notepad text document with the Terms of Use, A permission statement from me regarding their use on IMVU should you need to produce one and the Credit notice to be added to your product descriptions.

I will periodically be scanning the IMVU virtual product catty to be sure my terms are followed.

Remember all of my textures and images be it my avatar art, my photographic images, or my textures are covered under a Creative Commons License and can not be used unless my Terms of Use is followed.

Should it be discovered by myself or anyone else and reported to me that my TOU is not being followed I will file a DMCA Take Down request against you.

I am sorry for those of you who have followed my request but those who show disrespect by not following my request for providing credit for my work have spoiled what I set out to do here.

I have made a decision to edit what is now included in my texture collections. There will now be a total of 18 textures and 2 door designs in each collection. Some collections will be removed and others remade.

What does this mean for you? For those who have been using my textures it means what you have already created and made available through the IMVU Virtual Catalogue will be fine but future projects will now only be able to contain what is now available through this DeviantArt page. Each collection  for the red, blue, green, pink, purple, teal and black & white will now all contain the same designs. The Kaliedoscope designs along with the July the 4th, Canada Day and Fabric will remain as is and the Halloween collection will now be very limited. And some designs moved to my personal folder which will require a special permission for use and only those of my closest friends who have me on a messaging service such as yahoo msn or skype will be able to obtain these textures for use.

Most of my Miscellaneous textures will remain and some will be removed . Please be sure to check here over the course of the next week for the coming changes. Thank You all for your support.
